WordPress Conditional Statements – if ishome
I am developing a new site for a client and highly manipulating a stock theme in order to get it to look exactly how I needed it to look. This includes adding a rotating “slider” on the home page that needed to appear on the home page only. With a creative combination of CSS, PHP Conditional statements and trial and error, I was able to display the featured slider on the home page and leave the child pages without it.
